ABOUT THE LIBRARY

The Library was established in the year 1998. It is fully automated bar coded spacious library with a stacking area of 10,000 sq. ft. and reading area of 10,000 sq. ft. It has high reference collection of books with National and International Publications, National and International Journals (Peer Reviewed, Scopus Indexed & UGC CARE) and Non book materials. Presently the two storeyed library building (20,000 sqft) with 300 seating capacity, houses 40123 plus print document and wide range of e-resources.

GUIDELINES:

Strict silence, decorum and discipline must be maintained in the library.

All the members should scan their ID Cards in the Gate entry scanner.

Personal Books, Files and Hardbound materials and other articles (Except a small note book or loose sheet of papers) are not allowed inside the Library.

Members have to Deposit their personal Belongings at the deposit counter near the entrance.

Usage of Mobile Phones inside the Library is prohibited.

The members are accountable for any damage caused by them to the books or other library properties. If so they will be responsible to replace the book or other damaged materials.

Anyone who violates the rules and regulations of the library would be liable to lose the privilege of library membership and may be debarred from using the library facilities.

Suggestions on all aspects, of library services are welcome.

Overdue Charges (Late fee): ₹. 1 per day

Loss of Books: The lost book should be replaced or the triple or four fold of its original cost of the book should be paid.

The Off-Campus Access service is provided to the faculty members, research scholars and students to seamlessly access the subscribed scholarly electronic resources 24/7 through individual credentials.
